Our kids loved the indoor pool, which offered a refreshing break after a long day. The friendly staff made the experience inviting, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our family. Despite the positives, we had a tough time settling in at night because of it.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights, and i was thrilled with how easy it was to walk to the mobile botanical gardens, a perfect escape into nature just over 4 km away, and also the variety of delicious restaurants like la cocina, which was only a short stroll away, making it super convenient to enjoy local flavors after a day of exploring. the king room was comfortable for a solo traveler like me, but the staff could improve their friendliness as some interactions felt a bit off.

The indoor pool offered a refreshing respite, and the breakfast spread was enjoyable, featuring hot choices and fresh local fish. Unfortunately, the only downside was the noise from renovations in the morning, which disrupted sleep.

Decent option for taking strolls in Mobile with excellent value for money. The hotel staff gave us access to a neighbor's pool, which was nice. Bring earplugs. the noise from other rooms can be really loud at night.

The room was spacious with a nice seating area. It had everything like a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Housekeeping was attentive, keeping it super clean. Breakfast was a highlight with waffles and cereals. A friendly breakfast attendant. The fitness center was a nice perk for working out too.

I checked into the Fairfield Inn and was greeted by friendly staff, but the check-in experience left a lot to be desired. I never showed my ID or signed anything, which felt a bit odd. The staff didn’t mention where my room was located or even what time breakfast ended. The breakfast options were quite limited with mostly snack cakes and microwavable sandwiches, which was disappointing. My room had a musty odor, and I found the heating system not as responsive as I hoped. The indoor pool was incredibly cold, and I noticed no towels available. The room’s amenities were decent with a microwave and fridge, but I expected more given the price. Noise from the hallway was bothersome, making it hard to relax. Overall, I appreciated the clean linens and comfortable beds, but the service and amenities really need improvement.
